Lesli Kay will be bringing back her character of Felicia Forrester on The Bold & the Beautiful for two days in October; 18 and 19.

Lesli has been busy with her character Molly on As the World Turns until it went off the air. The last day, she attended Carly and Brads wedding and danced one last dance with Holden.

Soaps Today

Since the end of As the World Turns, the soaps have taken on a different view. Every soap fan had their favorite show to watch, whether it was ABC, CBS, or NBC soaps. Five years ago, Guiding Light was winning all the awards and now it is a show of the past, placed on the shelf along with other shows that didn’t make it. Soaps have come and gone but the longer running shows did become a part of every soap fan’s life.

Today, we have The Young & the Restless, Bold & Beautiful, Days of our Lives, and all of ABC soaps like All My Children, One Life to Live, and General Hospital.

To me, the characters from Days of our Lives haven’t been as good as the past characters. The Young & the Restless is keeping my interest but I can also go with out it. Bold & Beautiful is sort of interesting at times,  All My Children has always been a good soap and so has One Life to Live but nothing compares to the interest I have with General Hospital.

Y&R: What a day for Billy…

At the beginning of the show, Victor is telling Michael that he expects him to get the charges on Nicholas dropped tonight. Victor didn’t completely trust Michael to do his work so he calls the governor in and holds a press conference between Michael, the governor and himself to accuse Pomerantz in public. Michael catches up with Pomerantz at the courthouse and insists that Pomerantz listens to him or else his day is going to get worse. Michael judges Pomerantz by telling him that he believes that Pomerantz is allowing his ego to get in the way. At the end of their conversation, Michael tells Pomerantz that if he prosecutes the wrong man, and if he loses, it could be the end of he career for Pomerantz.

 Meanwhile…

Nick is free now and has the charges droped. Nick’s first stop is at the penthouse to see Sharon and to hold Faith. While he is there, he confides in Sharon that he is worried that Faith doesn’t really know him yet and he would miss Faiths first steps. Nick wants to know how Sharon knew that he had made bail. She told him that she actually went to jail to see him but they told her that he was gone so since Adam was there she went ahead and seen him. Adam told her that Nick was released. Nick warns Sharon to stay away from Adam in the future but Sharon didn’t take Nick’s commands well at all. Sharon ends up suggesting that Nick go home to his wife and other family.

Phyllis is visiting Daniel and Summer was expecting to see her daddy any minute. Daniel wants to know where Nick is and Phyllis replies, “where do you think?” they begin discussing her relationship with Nick and Phyllis begins hashing it out in her mind. She doesn’t want to become second place in Nicks life anymore. She will stay with him until the charges are dropped.

when Nick comes home, he gives Phyllis a kiss and Summer runs down the stairs with her bear and gives him a hug. Daniel feels a little uncomfortable at that moment. Summer wants to know why he wasn’t there when they got back home. All Nick could say was that he promises that he won’t go again. Summer is satisfied with his answer and leaves to go play. Now that they are alone, Nick tells Phyllis that he knows how upset that she is because he went to see Faith first. Phyllis understands but she doesn’t like how Summer was put in second place. Then Victor arrives at the door to greet his son. He also tells them both what his plans are against pomerantz. While they were talking Michael arrives to spread the good news; he got the charges dropped against Nick. While Nick and Phyllis are relieved and happy, Victor was for a moment as well but then he gets serious and says to Michael that he wants the D.A. to make a public apology to Nick because he ruined Nicks reputation.

 Abby calls Billy while he was at work and wants to add something else to her cover story but Billy insists that she is too late and hangs up the phone on her. Rafe comes in and is angry. He tells Billy that he will not be taking the case for Adam and there won’t be a story. After a heated discussion, Rafe leaves. Abby didn’t like him hanging up on her so she comes over and Billy tells her she has to wait. Billy wants to get rid of her so she finally calls Chloé and asked her to get on over to restless style.

 When Chloé gets to work, Billy is complaining about Adam’s story. Chloé finally tells him that she has moved out of the Chandler Mansion and is now living with Kevin. Billy is completely against the idea but Chloé reminds him that he no longer has a say so in her life.

 Abby goes to Daniels apartment and asks him to paint her naked but he doesn’t want to. She shows him a bottle of champagne and then asks Daniel for help to celebrate her new cover. Abby mistakenly thinks that Daniel is posing on the cover for her be he just smiles and says that he did it for the money and the photo essay.

Back at Restless Style, Sharon pays Billy a visit and after telling him that she feels used by him she slaps him in the face before she turns around and walks out the door.

General Hospital: Who’s your daddy?

Is Dominic going to need a kidney transplant? If so will Sonny be the perfect match?

I think that it will happen just like that; Dominic will need the kidney and Sonny will have one to give.

Poor Olivia.

General Hospital – Sonny and Carly

Sonny will pay for what he has done…or will he?

Sonny has done it again when he sought revenge on who he thought stabbed him and threw him into the water to die.  Sonny was warned that they are coming and when the show went off they were there. Who will be a target for Sonny’s revenge?

Meanwhile Elizabeth was expecting Jason to show up at the door for dinner and stay until they could tuck the children into bed and as Jason was walking out the door he was stopped and reminded that they are coming after him. He calls Elizabeth to tell her that he would not be there tonight and Elizabeth hung up on him and threw the phone. Will that be the last time Elizabeth talks to Jason?

Who will die because Sonny killed for revenge?

Goodbye Laura…again

It seems as though we had to say good bye to Laura Spencer yet again. Yesterday we witnessed a heart wrenching goodbye as she hugged her children and left for France to seek treatment.

Luke was at a loss for words as he drove her to the airport. At the end of the conversation Luke asked her if the treatments worked would she come back but Laura did not reply. When she got on her plane to leave she turned around to find Scott standing behind her.

What a twist in the story. Will she go to France and fall in love with Scottie? What do you think will happen to Laura, Scott, Luke, and of course Tracy?

The Bold & the Beautiful

B&B is becoming more confusing every day. If you haven’t been watching it lately…

Taylor gave her baby to Brooke, Ridge agreed with Nick to get along for Jack’s sake, Donna is over dramatic and kissed Owen which Eric seen, and now Stephanie’s sister is going crazy.  It’s almost like they are putting the grand finale on before the year is over.
It’s becoming very interesting, none the less, and I find myself watching it everyday. Do you agree?

Laura on General Hospital

Seeing Laura back on General Hospital is hard to get use to. It’s still up in the air about how long she will stay this time. She is really there for Lulu right now when she needs her mother the most. She doesn’t want to tell her family right now because she is scared that she will slip back into a sleep and disappoint everyone.
